Flicker Farmstead Map
Farmstead is the second map, shipped with Sewers in 1.2.0. Rural night, lanterns, a barn, rows of dirt, a scarecrow, a hill tree, a well, an outhouse, hay, a roof ladder. It is Woods’ cousin with better verticality and a fanbase that will fight you in Reddit threads.
Outside versus barn
The barn is the indoor instance: lofts, ladders, hay. The field is the outdoor instance: well, scarecrow, gate. Call “loft” and “well” and you have 80% of bodies covered. A lantern sat on the barn roof after 4.2.1 because the roof was a black hole. Use it.
Old cameras, new ghosts
Spectator cameras still physically exist on the barn face, interior, back door, outhouse roof, and the hill tree — Ghost Mode made them decorative. Do not stand in a camera like it does something. It does not.
How the round feels
Players scatter. Journals matter more because you will not all see the corpse at once. If you are Spy, bug someone who likes the well. If you are Murderer, the loft is a fine private kill that still gets found. Farmstead death scenes (well, rolling pin, buried) are why people vote it. Let them have the screenshot, then vote.
