Flicker does not sell skill. It stamps accounts. The live win badges sit on the Roblox experience page: Halfway There at 500 wins, Millennial at 1,000, Who Even Gets This? at 5,000. Eighteen people on earth have the last one. Halloween 2020 and the 100 Million Visits IOU are closed. This page is the collection so you stop hunting a badge vendor in Discord.
Win badges that still drop
Halfway There (“Living on a prayer…”) fires at 500 total wins. Millennial (“Quadruple digits and a quadruple applause!”) fires at 1,000. Who Even Gets This? (“Only the best players will achieve this feat.”) fires at 5,000 and shows 18 ever awarded with a 0.0% rarity stamp. 4.4 now credits a team win to dead players who stay until the end screen, which is the only recent change that actually helps badge hunters — leaving early can still eat the grant.

Limited badges you missed
Halloween 2020: receive a pumpkin from Pumpkin Man. He did not spawn every round. Window closed November 2, 2020. 100 Million Visits: be in the experience, get a future cosmetic promise. Neither returns. Anyone selling “badge recovery” is selling a ban.
How wins actually count
Stay to the end screen. 4.4 is explicit: dead players still receive a win if their team wins and they remain. Clown now banks the win at the vote, not after the hostage knife. Savior cannot snatch that Neutral stamp anymore. Voice Chat and Anonymous use the same win counter as Regular. Classic no longer exists to farm an easier list.

Does VIP double badge progress?
VIP doubles win credit for coins math. Treat the 500/1000/5000 counters as Roblox badge stats, not shop multipliers, unless the badge description says otherwise.
Can I buy Who Even Gets This?
No. Eighteen people. Play.
Is Pumpkin Man coming back?
Not as a live event in 4.4. The badge window closed in 2020.

They help you see in the dark. They do not click votes. They can close the account that holds the badge.
